How is shipping charged on my order?

Shipping charges are based on shipping from our warehouses in either New York or California. These rates will be displayed to you when you are finalizing your order.

(please note that items shipped free may be assessed shipping if returned)

When will my order ship?

After you place an order, you will receive an immediate order confirmation. The Home Music Tools team will process it within 24 hours (orders will not be processed after 4PM Central Standard Time on Fridays, over weekends or on national holidays); you will then receive a follow up shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number for your order as soon at it has shipped to you.

What is your return policy?

We understand sometimes items need to be returned due to various reasons. We are able to accept returns within 21 days of shipping date. Once you return an item to us and the item is received and inspected, you will be issued a refund for the amount of purchase (excluding shipping costs).

If you need to return an item, please contact us at support@homemusictools.com to request a return (please include your order number in the subject line). You are responsible for return shipping costs.

We can only accept a return if it is authorized by Home Music Tools. You will be provided an RMA number and return address upon approval of return request.

Items must be returned in original packaging with all included components. Product must be unused and in original new condition. Items must be returned in protective packaging (any items received damaged due to improper packaging will be returned to you)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
